NH BROOKFIELD — Selectmen approve Guttadaro's 25-year practice of distributing town salted sand to neighbors. The Board of Selectmen voted 2-0, with one abstention, to authorize Dave Guttadaro of Cate's Lane to use his bobcat to distribute salted sand from the town's salt shed for driveway use. Chair Ed Gauthier clarified that salted sand cannot be used to salt the private road itself, only individual driveways.
The Board also unanimously approved two Treasurer manifests totaling $9,754.74 and noted that legal fees in 2025 reached $25,000 against a $20,000 budget.
