Brookfield Select Board schedules ordinance review session

NH BROOKFIELD — Brookfield Select Board schedules public working session to review outdated town ordinances discovered in vault. Chair Richard Zacher announced a dedicated public working session for July 14 to decide whether to update or rescind various ordinances. The board unanimously appointed Brian Robischeau as alternate Heritage Commission member and accepted a $1,010 anonymous donation for the Hackett site flagpole.
Resident Stacy Long proposed formal partnership with Wakefield Parks & Rec for Brookfield families' resident-level access to youth programs. Consolidated Communications is installing fiber backbone infrastructure on pace to complete by end of August.
